How It Works

Know what happens from the first conversation onward.

Agree the work, the responsibilities and the reporting schedule before the engagement begins.

A shared plan connects the first conversation to the next review.

1. Discuss your priorities

01Priorities
Current setup
Reporting gaps
Decisions ahead

We talk through your medical group, current accounting setup and financial questions. Together, we identify the records, reporting gaps or decisions that need attention.

The outcome: a shared understanding of your priorities and the information needed to define the work.

2. Agree the scope and setup

02Agreed scope
Deliverables
Responsibilities
Review schedule

Define the deliverables, accounts, entities and reporting periods involved. Establish access, named contacts, approval responsibilities and a review schedule. Identify historical cleanup separately.

The outcome: an engagement with clear responsibilities and a starting plan.

3. Complete the agreed work

03Reporting package
Agreed reports
Proposed corrections
Open questions

Prepare or review the accounting, reconciliations and reports included in your scope. Record missing information, proposed corrections and questions requiring follow-up.

The outcome: the agreed reporting package, with remaining exceptions explained.

4. Review findings and next steps

04Next actions
What changed
Who follows up
Next review

Discuss what changed, what needs investigation and what the findings mean for your next decisions. Forecasting and advisory work are included where agreed.

The outcome: documented actions and responsibilities for the next review.
